Tending to the Legislature-Parliament in Kathmandu, PM Deuba made it clear that it would not be conceivable to revise the constitution before the second period of nearby level races slated for June 28. He recognized that the issues raised by the officials were essential in reality and worried on the need to widen the responsibility for new constitution. "Tragically that we can't embrace the constitution change charge right now as the second period of nearby level surveys is drawing nearer," said PM Deuba, reacting to questions raised by officials at the Parliament.
