While both the decision Nepali Congress (NC) and the fundamental restriction CPN-UML have been asserting that they would win 10 out of 15 nearby units in Jhapa area, both the gatherings are in a circumstance where they must be more careful about intra-party strife instead of dangers from their rivals.
