The Dhurmus Suntali Foundation gave over an incorporated settlement worked for the Musahar people group in Bardibas Municipality-1, Mahottari, on the event of New Year on Friday. 


Prestigious comic couple Madan Krishna Shrestha and Hari Bansha Acharya were welcome to the handover service, where they exhibited house keys to Biltu Sadaya Musahar, the designated director of 


the Integrated Musahar Settlement Consumers' Committee. Boss Secretary Somlal Subedi and Sitaram Kattel and Kunjana Ghimire of the establishment were likewise present at the service. 


Fifty houses, each with three rooms, a loft, running water office, latrine and cooking gas; one group building, two open toilets, a view tower and a sanctuary were displayed to the Musahar people group. Three non-Musahar families living with the group likewise got new homes. 


Each house cost Rs 800,000 to construct and it took around Rs 50 million to fabricate the settlement. 


Arjun Prasad Neupane, the venture supervisor, said the establishment had gotten around Rs 63 million in gifts both from inside and outside the nation to assemble new homes for the poor Musahar individuals. 


Kattel and Ghimire, who shot to acclaim with their TV characters Dhurmus and Suntali, had set up the establishment to help the casualties of the 2015 Gorkha Earthquake.
