A surge in the Barun has obstructed the Arun River at their conversion in Syaksilagola of Bhotkhola Rural Municipality in Sankhuwasabha area, framing a two-kilometer long fake lake and keeping a human settlement at danger of immersion.
Four houses in Barun Bazaar have been immersed up until now.
