Police said that they have reallocated the Indian cash in section of 500 and 1,000.The blamed have been delivered before the Department of Revenue Investigation, Lalitpur, today itself for further activity as the Foreign Exchange Act, 2019 (1962), the announcement read. The Indian government had demonitised IRs 500 and 1,000 notes in December a year ago as a component of the crackdown on wild defilement and fake cash. Taking after the Indian government's choice, Nepalis have not possessed the capacity to trade them for legitimate delicate currency.During a meeting held in Nepal in March, authorities from Reserve Bank of India had proposed to enable Nepalis to trade demonitised Indian banknotes worth up to IRs 4, 500 for every person against Nepali request of IRs25,000 per person.
