Nepal's southern neighbor India, which has officially fabricated many illicit structures in the Dasgaja range (a dead zone) along the eastern fringe, has now begun building a religious community infringing upon the dead zone close Pashupatinagar-4 of Ilam locale.

The Survey Department under the Ministry of Land Reform and Management has gone to the revealed site taking after data from local people, police and the organization. Taking after an investigation, the division found that the dead zone has undoubtedly been infringed upon by India.

Nepal and India are isolated by 60 feet of a dead zone. "Albeit both the nations shouldn't fabricate any structures in the Dasgaja region, we found that India has infringed upon it to construct a Buddhist religious community," said Chief Survey Officer Sushil Dangol, subsequent to investigating the site.
