Heart is a radio system of 21 grown-up contemporary neighborhood radio stations worked by Global Radio in the United Kingdom, broadcasting a blend of nearby and arranged programming. Eighteen of the Heart stations are possessed by Global, while the other three are worked under establishment understandings.

Heart started broadcasting on 6 September 1994, as 100.7 Heart FM being the UK's third Independent Regional Radio station, five days after Century Radio and Jazz FM North West. The primary melody to be played on 100.7 Heart FM was "Something Got Me Started", by Simply Red. Its unique arrangement of "delicate grown-up contemporary" music included craftsmen, for example, Lionel Richie, Simply Red and Tina Turner. Mirroring this, its initial motto was 100.7 degrees cooler!.
